Check out the new Coles St. Tuesday Market
Have you checked out the new Coles St. Market? Located downtown within Coles St. Park (Coles and 15th St.), this weekly market debuted last month and we are pleased to report what a fine addition it is to the Jersey City Pop Ups and Farmers Markets.
Curated and managed by SocietyX, a company that partners with residential buildings to create community events (among other things), this market has a fantastic selection of vendors and activities. We visited on a beautiful afternoon and walked away with two huge bouquets of fresh lilacs courtesy of The Dirty Dozen. We also scooped up some fresh homemade pasta from Settantare that was excellent. Look out for homemade Italian cheeses from Jersey Artisan Co., healthy fruit pops infused with bone broth from Pineapple Pink, and JC market stalwarts like Taproot Organics, Jersey & Co Gelato and the Hudson Grinding Company to take care of all of your knife sharpening needs. There are also excellent options to walk away with a fully cooked dinner, including Emily’s Hearth Pizzas and Tenmomi Ramen. If you are bringing your pooch to the Coles St. Dog Park, be sure to grab a treat from Nackie’s Dog Treats and grab yourself a fresh juice from Nute Juice or a chilled chocolate drink from Merry Hot Cocoa while you are at it. There are plenty more vendors – just stroll over or check their social to see what’s what.
