National Night Out in JC!

What: National Night Out, “America’s Night Out Against Crime”, began in 1984 as an effort to promote involvement in crime prevention activities, police-community partnerships, neighborhood camaraderie and to send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

On the JC end, Mayor Fulop and the Jersey City Police Department are once again inviting all community members to attend the 35th National Night Out Against Crime on August 7th.

This year, Jersey City will host 4 community-building events in every police district citywide to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie with an ultimate goal of making our neighborhoods safer for all. JCPD officers will be hosting events at Audubon Park, Pershing Field, Arlington Park, and Hamilton Park.

When: August 7, 2018, 6:30 pm  – 9:30 pm

Where: You are invited to join your neighbors from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the following locations:

Pershing Field – 201 Central Avenue
Arlington Park – Grand Street and Bramhall
Audubon Park – 12 Audubon Avenue
Hamilton Park – 25 W Hamilton Place
