What we crave on occasion – crispy scallion pancakes, and those prepared at East Flour do not disappoint. Order them on their own as a vegetarian appetizer, or as a more substantial eat with either Chili Pepper Beef or with fried eggs. Whichever way you choose, the pancakes are delicious - thin, crispy as opposed to mushy or greasy, and totally flavorful, even more so dipped in their delicious chili vinegar sauce.
Other favorite small dishes here include the Leek Pie, Red Bean Puffs and aforementioned pan-fried Pork Dumplings. On the drinks end, East Flour has a nice long list of fun Bubble Teas and a homemade Cold Soy Milk to quench your thirst. Love this business!
