Myrtle & Flossie Flagship Store Opens in the Village
Congratulations to our friend Nia Reid-Allen, the fabulous female entrepreneur behind Myrtle and Flossie. A mom/model/stylist, she originally created this lifestyle brand to cater to women in what she calls “the fourth trimester” which she explains as that area post-birth when women need lots of support both emotionally and physically. After years of refining and expanding her brand online and at pop-up shops, Myrtle + Flossie now has its inaugural brick and mortar shop at 304 Newark Ave in the Village. She continues to take care of new moms with products and services targeted to them and has her own line of elevated basics - t-shirts, wrap shirts and lounge wear that are long on both style and comfort.
What is also new and exciting at the store is a curated line of VERY gently used clothes. She also sells a number of brands from fellow moms including plant-based health and wellness products and socially conscious accessories
