Vintage Furniture Finds – Moda Studio JC Set to Open
We are so excited for MODA Studio JC to open their vintage showroom/studio here. Owners/ Couple Joey Meyers and Mark Baehser relocated from Brooklyn to Jersey City in 2015 and have been documenting the full renovation of their 19th Century Victorian on their IG account @unnecessary_projects. P.S. you can also peep photos of their beautiful home in the current issue of House Beautiful in print and online. During the renovation process Meyers ultimately shifted careers and is now a full-time vintage dealer, hence the birth of Moda Studio. While waiting for the doors to open we can shop them online at @modajcstudio. The chairs, dressers, sofas, desks, tables and more look to be in mint condition and from such distinct eras in design. You can DM them directly when you find a piece you want to buy. And learn from our mistake – act with decisiveness if you see something you want. We idled on a pair of gorgeous 1970s -era geometric dressers from Founders that were scooped up by the time we reached out.
