A New Home for Venti

The great guys behind Venti, the beloved Italian-American food truck that sat Downtown at Exchange Place are moving on up! To a brick-and-mortar location on the West Side. 203 Academy St. to be exact.

The new storefront is compact and super tidy. The shelving on the large picture window displays the  imported-from-Italy and Italian-American groceries for sale including soda, chili-infused EVOO from Calabria, canned artichokes, biscotti, bronze-cut pastas and more. They are serving everything that made them so beloved – their daily-made super fresh mozzarella, chicken cutlets and tomato sauce. The many iterations of salads and sandwiches including those premier ingredients.

As of Labor Day weekend, Venti is in soft-mode of opening Tuesdays – Saturdays. Their social media is a little unclear at this moment so it’s best to go in person to see what is what. These guys are the best, born and bred in Bayonne and from Sicilian parents. So happy these guys have a new place to call home and the West Side is lucky to have them!
