Drag Queen to the Friday Night Rescue!
The very glamorous Vanity Ray, self-described as the Broadway Barbie of New Jersey, is hosting Virtual Drag Bingo for Art House Productions this month. Held the first three Fridays of November, these themed Bingo nights give you and yours a chance to spice up (or resume) your Friday night Cocktail Hour via Zoom. Skip the (by now) rote pleasantries, drink up and dress up for a rousing four-round game of Bingo with the added opportunity to win cash and prizes. Each game begins at 8 pm and the themes are as follows:
Friday, November 6 - Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice - Got a sweet tooth, or do you like it hot? Show your allegiance by dressing Sweet or Spicy.
Friday, November 13 - The Cat's Meow - MEOW! Show that you are the king or queen of the jungle by dressing as your favorite animal for Bingo (furry friends are invited too).
Friday, November 20 - Diva's Week - Donna or Diana? Madonna or Gaga? Get camera ready and dress like your favorite diva of all time.

Each Bingo board costs $12 and you can purchase and play as many as you want. More on Ms. Ray - she began her career in Asbury Park before moving to Jersey City over a year ago. Back in the day when clubs were a place you went, she could be found high kicking, hair whipping or eating chicken in the club kitchen. For now, you can get a taste of her crowd-pleasing personality online. "I love to entertain," says Vanity Ray. "These are some harsh and scary times we are living through right now and my goal is to have people check their troubles at the door and just have FUN.”
