This is a mountainous region at more than 2,000 feet of elevation which provides ideal conditions for coffee beans. The family sources these beans directly to their shop and it gets better – stop into Flor y Café and they are happy to teach you the optimal way to roast the beans and make your perfect cup of coffee on the spot!
